SELECTIVE ENFORCEMENT: AG Garland Just Walked Into A Ted Cruz BUZZSAW (VIDEO)

Ted Cruz took Garland to the woodshed over non-enforcement and evasive answers.

You know it’s going to be spicy when Cruz throws Garland’s own credentials as a judge in the AG’s face:

‘…as a judge, you’re familiar with asking council to answer a question…’

What was the question he kept dancing around?

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

AG Garland was desperately trying NOT to directly answer the question of whether anybody who defied the law by protesting outside of the homes of a Supreme Court justice had faced any criminal penalty for that infraction.

It’s an important question because — after the Dobbs leak, and prior to the official ruling, not only was there a surge of violence against pro-life groups, there were attempts by protesters to intimidate SCOTUS into deciding that case according to certain political agendas, rather than the deliberation of rule of law.

Unlike our elected officials, our Third Branch of government is supposed to act independently of any form of political influence so that they can be responsive to the law, rather than to the will of a mob.
