Biden Reacts To SCOTUS Ruling — Attacks Legitimacy Of Co-Equal Branch Of Gov’t (VIDEO)
Does Joe realize this is showing his authoritarian streak?
The Framers divided the three branches of government for a reason.
Lawmaking is different from executive function, is different from legal review.
We don’t want judges in robes making laws. We don’t want law enforcement deciding guilt or innocence, and we don’t want the Schiffs and Pelosis of the world serving as a work-around to give law enforcement access to personal information the 4th Amendment prohibits them from seeking.
Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?
Joe Biden has already been repeatedly slapped down in court for exceeding his lawful authority, not only in ‘legislating’ without the backing of the First Branch of government but also on issues where his administration violated the Constitution in making race-based policy decisions. (Race-based farm aid, for example.)
This is the same Joe Biden who heard the court tell him he had no authority to offer an eviction moratorium, and proceeded to extend it until SCOTUS ordered him to stop.
If he has enough trouble handling the duties of his role in the Second Branch of government (see: the border, for instance), what makes him think he needs to try to assume responsibilities of the Third Branch, too?
SCOTUS reviewed a complaint about race-based admissions requirements, and found it to be a violation of civil rights of applicants. That ruling directly conflicts with the Democrats’ recent pivot to policies founded upon Neo-Marxist oppressed/oppressor racial narratives.
Predictably, Joe raged against the ruling in a presser.
When it was all over, he was asked a softball question that might as well have been written by Joe Biden’s inner circle itself for how perfectly it fits his narratives and the left’s ongoing attacks against the legitimacy of a coequal branch of government no longer controlled by the Dems.
Is this a rogue court?
We never ONCE heard these sorts of questions when Nine judges in robes were legislating from the bench, pushing the left’s agenda on policies ranging from abortion to same-sex marriage.
So what did Joe Biden answer?
It’s not a ‘normal’ court.
The same president who refuses to enforce the law criminalizing the harassment of apolitical judges from being bothered in their homes by protesters is sending a message to the activists to continue undermining the credibility of Republican-appointed Justices to create a public demand that a ‘problem’ requires a ‘solution’.
