Jack Smith has been called out for abusing the Espionage Act before. Called out … by a judge.
Drake was suspected of leaking information to the press. His home was raided. He was publicly labeled a traitor for multiple violations of the espionage act — right up to the eve of the trial.
At which point, the felonies were all dropped. He pled guilty to a single misdemeanor.
The judge was pissed. He was never proven to have released ANY classified information.
This was Jack Smith’s trial. And he’s doing the same thing to Trump.
