Trump Gets Hit With Yet Another Indictment While Biden Inc. Continues To Skate

Is it any wonder the public sees a dangerous double-standard?

The relentless attack of personal destruction against Donald Trump continues apace.

Jack Smith’s Mar-A-Lago Documents case has added three more indictments and yet another defendant, as neatly summed up by the TechnoFog substack.

The superseding indictment, filed today, includes:

a new charge relating to the willful retention of national defense information (18 USC § 793);

new allegations concerning the preexisting charge of conspiracy to obstruct justice (18 USC § 1512(k));

a new charge of altering, destroying, mutilating, or concealing an object (18 USC §§ 1512(b)(2)(B), 2);

a new defendant: Mar-a-Lago property manager Carlos De Oliveira.

The charging document can be read in its entirety here.

It’s all going exactly according to plan — if by “plan” you mean David Brock’s Media Matters War Plan 2017.

That’s the ‘get Trump’ white paper the Clinton loyalists published before Trump was sworn in for how they would kneecap/destroy the Trump presidency, with the goal of having him either thrown out of office or better yet, impeached.

Four different groups would each do specific aspects of the heavy lifting of that plan: Media Matters, American Bridge, CREW, and Shareblue.

American Bridge was to do their role (note the explicit mention of impeachment, in a document that still references Trump as ‘president-elect’):
