But next week, San Francisco is playing host to some world leaders — fancy people, as Gavin called them. And he really REALLY wants to impress them.
So he is cleaning up the city… especially Chinatown and Japantown.
Roads are getting paved. Major attractions are getting power washed. And the homeless camps have disappeared, somewhere.
Even the New York Times is calling them on it.
