Biden Not Expected To Face ANY Charges Over Docs Case — But Trump Still Will

Biden can stockpile secret documents from his time as Veep and Senate, scatter them in a variety of unsecured locations and face no consequences. But Trump has them in a building protected by the Secret Service and he’s headed to court.

Trump isn’t the one who is under scrutiny for selling political favors to foreign nationals… but HE is the one lawyered up.

Trump’s right about that rigged system. Especially when you realize Biden’s document problem showed up LONG before Trump’s did… and may be the reason the White House pressed on this scandal in the first place.

Strangely enough, Biden sent his own advisors to deal with it, not law enforcement. Almost like it was a ‘clean-up operation’.

So, knowing Trump is facing a court date that’s costing millions in legal fees, what was the latest update on the Biden document ‘inquiry’?

Well, it was run by Garland’s people, so we already knew what they would ‘discover’ — nothing at all.

Special counsel Robert Hur, whom Attorney General Merrick Garland appointed to investigate President Joe Biden’s alleged mishandling of classified materials, is not expected to bring charges against anyone, CNN reported, citing “sources close to the investigation.”

Garland appointed Hur in January to handle the mater, following explosive reports that an attorney for the president had discovered classified materials at the Penn-Biden Center in Washington while clearing out his office. In contrast to the special counsel investigation of former President Donald Trump, very few details of Hur’s activities reached the public throughout the course of the investigation.

Hur’s investigators have reportedly informed the Department of Justice that they are putting together a final report on the probe that is likely to criticize the president’s staff for its handling of sensitive materials and aim to complete it by the end of 2023. — JustTheNews
