SCOTUS: The 5-4 Razor Wire Decision Against Texas Is NOT The End Of The Issue

If only Team Biden fought so hard over issues that could HELP America

If anything stands as a visible example of the real-world difference between Trump’s ‘America First’ platform and the ‘America Last’ one Biden been accused of having, it can be seen in this fight over the Texas border.

For three years now, Texas has been the dumping grounds for literally millions of illegal aliens who flout existing Immigration Law with the aid and comfort of the Biden Administration. Biden is Constitutionally obligated to uphold those laws, but his administration has been applying Facebook’s ‘move fast and break things’ approach, knowing that most of the things he is trying to accomplish will be so far ahead of any court remedy, that even rulings made against him won’t matter.

We’ve seen the same pattern with flouting SCOTUS’s explicit direction regarding eviction moratoriums, and in how he is now ignoring the spirit of the SCOTUS ruling against student loan forgiveness by finding another route to accomplish the same forbidden result.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

This is how dictators and mad kings behave. NOT a representative government.

The current fight is over the border. It’s a fight team Biden has poured massive energy into on every front, not just in Texas, but in Arizona and elsewhere. Anything that stems the unlimited flow of illegal aliens marching across our border with even the flimsiest claim of ‘asylum’, team Biden goes to war against them.

They aren’t even above lying about drowning victims (after ignoring hundreds who have died making the unlawful crossing to this point) just to make the other side look bad.

This time, it’s a fight over whether Border Patrol has the right to cut concertina wire laid down by Texas. It went to the Supreme Court. SCOTUS ruled in favor of the feds.

Now the right is whipped up into a frenzy about how the courts have failed us and have allowed Joe Biden’s lawlessness to prevail over the Constitution yet again.

Yes, there is reason to be annoyed by that ruling. But as the Governor himself reminds us, this is not the final decision on the case. This is just a ruling on one aspect of the larger question.

First, Abbott announced that this fight was ‘not over’.

Then he retweeted two posts that gave clarity to what he meant by that:

This was from the Texas Department of Health and Safety, responding to Abbott’s tweet:

And this one was from ‘Poso’:

In other words, they haven’t ruled on the merits of the case, this was just a petition (using the aforementioned drownings as justification) to get the courts to force federal will on keeping the border open here, like they did with those shipping containers in Arizona.
