Prosecution Of Trump Opens Door For Tara Reade To Sue Biden’s DOJ

Let's see if the media cares about Joe's METOO allegations as much as they do his rival's

The Weaponization Committee might want to take an interest in this story. As much as it could be said that the government has trained its resources on the destruction of all things MAGA, Tara Reade is so afraid of government retribution she has fled to Russia to be safely beyond their reach.

Congress has some sealed records which — if opened — would shed important light on this issue. More on those in a moment.

Biden has immunity while in office. That’s true enough. But that doesn’t stop Ms Reade from suing his DOJ.

Will this presidential election be the most important in American history?

That is exactly what she is doing.

A lawyer for Reade filed a tort claim on Wednesday seeking $10 million “for infliction of emotional distress and anxiety” following what was described as an “FBI operation” that was conducted after she came forward with her accusation against Biden. The tort claim alleges Reade’s Fourth Amendment right was violated as well as violations of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) and state privacy laws.

Included in the tort claim was a July 2020 grand jury subpoena issued to Twitter from the US District Court for the Eastern District of California demanding all records pertaining to Reade’s Twitter accounts.

The tort claim outlines several allegations against the FBI, insisting it was behind suspicious occurrences like disruptions in her bank accounts and a manuscript of her book that had gone missing from a FedEx shipment in November 2020 that further detailed her claims against Biden.

“The United States should not have a two-tiered justice system,” Reade’s attorney Jonathan Levy said in a statement. “If President Trump and Mr. Giuliani can be assessed tens of millions in damages for their words; a weaponized FBI that seeks to silence, intimidate and eliminate Joe Biden’s victim, Tara Reade, must also be held accountable; failing to do so means our justice and legal system has become an instrument of political oppression and suppression.” — FoxNews

Someone meddled with her personal mail (which ought to raise questions of felony mail tampering)… to intercept something that would incriminate Joe Biden?

That sounds kinda familiar. Remember when news of Hunter’s laptop broke and Tucker Carlson was interviewing Tony Bobulinski, just days before the 2020 election? Tucker went on air and told his audience that his producers had sent him a digital copy of that information by courier… but that information had gone missing somewhere between being sent and delivered.

(Fortunately, that was not the only copy.)

Increasingly, evidence is piling up to suggest our ‘public servants’, view themselves as a private army for advancing the interests of one political party, and not the interests of the general public.

Why would Biden’s administration take such an interest in one woman’s story? Here’s a clue (emphasis added):

“Tara Reade was sexually victimized by then-Senator Joseph Biden in 1993. Her case was suppressed by Congressional investigators to protect Senator Biden and the records remain sealed,” a press release announcing the lawsuit states. “When Tara spoke out again in 2019, she was immediately subjected to an ongoing FBI Operation to revictimize her a second time. The FBI Operation ‘Cassandra’ was opened in order to retaliate, intimidate, discredit, and if possible, eliminate Tara as a threat to President Biden.”
The lawsuit states that as a result of Operation Cassandra, Reade “suffered severe emotional distress and anxiety, was subjected to death threats, was unlawfully surveilled and had her communications and financial records seized and recorded and was forced to apply for asylum to a third country in credible fear of her life and liberty.” These actions, the suit argues, violate the Fourth Amendment under Bivens; 28 U.S.C. § 1331, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, 50 U.S.C. § 1810, and “state law for invasion of privacy under Federal Tort Claims Act, 28 U.S.C. §§ 1346(b), 2671.” — National Pulse

For anyone who hasn’t heard about the sexual assault allegation against Biden, but has heard breathless accounts of far less credible allegations against President Trump and Justice Kavanaugh, you might want to re-evaluate your news sources.

Here’s the short version of her allegations.

Tara Reade is a lifelong Democrat who worked for Senator Joe Biden. (This is not contested)
She claims Joe backed her against a wall, reached under her skirt, and digitally penetrated her. She did not consent to these advances.
When she tried to raise this issue as a complaint, it never went anywhere.

More interesting still is why the FBI in the Trump years was so obviously partisan in favor of the party whose leader did NOT have duly-elected authority to run the Executive branch.
