Anyone who follows Bill Whittle will know that he’s a steely-eyed rocket man who bleeds red white and blue and sweats jet fuel.
He lives and breathes aviation, the space race, and all things American. Those passions were ignited in his heart as a kid when the roar of jet engines touched off all the imagination, adventure, and testosterone laying latent in every young boy.
Decades later, he had occasion to see another air show and he learned that he was not the only thing that had changed in the decades that had intervened.
